CRMadar 3.0 addresses the needs of a small and medium size business segment.
It supports customer service, both with respect to the customers who have already made their
orders for specific srvices as well as "potential" customers targeted
during marketing campaigns.
Integration with the so-called "back office" present in the MADAR Management System will provide a desired support
for production and sales processes.
The program turns the information about each customer , all the episodes concerning
idividual customers, which up to this point were present only in the minds of individual employees
or burried chaotically in computer systems, into actual knowledge about the customers.
